Who we are

This website is operated by Igor Rabinovich – IR CTO as a Service.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us when you contact us — your contact details and a description of the project you want to build. Providing it is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply.

We also collect limited technical information automatically as you browse, which we need to operate, secure and improve the site.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and assess whether we are a fit
  • To prepare a quote and manage the resulting business relationship
  • To measure and improve our advertising
  • To meet our legal obligations

Advertising

We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To do this we may share contact details with Meta in order to build advertising audiences, or to avoid advertising to people who have already contacted us. Meta processes this information under its own privacy terms.

If you would prefer that we did not, email us and we will remove you.

If you contact us through a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta's own privacy policy also applies to that submission.

Cookies and measurement

We use third-party measurement tools — Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Analytics — to understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs. These use cookies and similar identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Storing your information

We store enquiries in our business systems, and we use third-party providers to host the website and handle email. Our servers are located outside Israel, so your information is transferred and stored abroad. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, and for any longer period required by law.

Your rights

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13), you may ask us to:

  • show you the information we hold about you
  • correct it, if it is wrong, incomplete or out of date
  • delete it
  • stop using it for marketing or targeted advertising
